Automates emptying your recycle bin (if specified), cleaning up of installation
remnants, and debugging information.

Cleans up every user's History, Temp, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies (if specified), Recently opened documents
list, explorer thumbnail cache and windows error reporting logs.
